Starfleet Headquarters approved my request to have a replica of the Aldebaran become a trophy in the Room of Honor at Starfleet Academy. Because of distance and time travel mission this was supposed to be approved years ago but it was able to be developed and released now. I have been sent a hologram version to add to my trophies. I have to say she is a beautiful replica.

While doing some Temporal Alliance busy work we caught a random data download into our ship’s computer, being that this ship is from a different timeline itself see Stardate 94100. We came back to our timeline and docked at Earth Spacedock for more refits and upgrades, we had a data log Borg node stored in one of the auxiliary gel packs in storage. After verifying with Starfleet and Seven of Nine, we found it to be authentic and from an alternate timeline called the Taurian. Once we were able to unlock the Borg encryptions, we were hearing me as a Borg drone and seeing sensor and personal logs of my alternate life. Seems in this alternate timeline one of my parents was captured at Wolf 395 and assimilated by the Borg Collective.
Sometime during the events of Voyager coming back to the Alpha Quadrant from being lost in the Gamma Quadrant, Captain Janeway found 3 of Krobus in a maturation chamber on a colony that was deserted by the Borg a few years after the Species 8472 War with the Borg on Stardate 50984.3.
Seems this Borg Drone (3 of Krobus) was created from one of the many Unimatrcies in the Delta Quadrant sent there to assist in keeping the planet habitable while in the maturation chamber before becoming an adult drone.
Per logs downloaded from 3 of Krobus before he was awakened on Earth, it was noted that he was not made in the same fashion as a normal drone would end up as it would take several years for him to become an adult but it would still assimilate information anytime anyone would get close to the maturation chamber. While he was in the maturation chamber an emergent variable formed and was not able to accept the Betazoid DNA, so it was destroyed and replaced with Borg Nanite DNA. In a sense he has no mother, just DNA from his father Admiral Jamelle Dekker.
There is some fragmentation as some data was lost due to timestream merging properties as well Stardates where not used in this timeline as most of the Universe was Borg. We got 89% of the file. The rest was destroyed with the rest of the gel packs that was not salvageable. Here started the beginning of the log for 3 of Krobus, as of now we have no other information to contribute to the log.
3 of Krobus Log:
We are 3 of Krobus Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix 5, We were liberated on Stardate 87838.90 and was found on a destroyed Tactical Cube 89547 in the Gamma Quadrant on route to a planet by Captain Janeway. Given that we were connected to the Borg, we have most knowledge of my creation.
Father was assimilated close to the events of Stardate 44002.3 post Wolf 359 and DNA extracted for creation of Borg Drone 3 of Krobus. Mother DNA was incompatible with creation of Borg Drone and was destroyed. We are from a timeline called Taurian which is a parallel timeline to this current one called Prime.
Once we were created from the maturation chamber we were then liberated from the Borg Collective, once we were deemed a sentient XB we were sent to Starfleet Academy at Janeway’s approval and started in acquiring knowledge and we have excelled in many areas as we are on a quest for perfection. We were approved for assimilation to this new life and given the knowledge about where we are from and the threat of the Borg, we can become an active member of this new collective called Starfleet and the Federation. We accepted this proposal and have acquired all knowledge of the Federation and Starfleet Command Protocols and were sent out on our first mission.
Because of our Borg implants we must have some surgical procedures to make our body more capable of sustaining long term sessions when we are active and not in a regeneration alcove all the time. Our appearance will change over the course of my operation on this starship The Break Even. Once we were on board our captain set course for our first mission. We have to say it has been an interesting time getting to know the different species on this ship. Most people have been able to accept XB’s as we are called and I have formed many bonds with my crew-mates but since history says our species is the villain, we see the effects of the Borg everywhere we go.
We are First Officer of a ship called the Break Even and we excelled greatly in all aspect of the Academy. But we have learned from training that one needs to be humble and take awards well and not be too confident, Seeing how Earth and the Federation have been able to stave off many hostile species we have assimilated when we were in maturation, we have to remain diplomatic will all forms of life and strive to uphold the values and principles of the Prime Directive. To not will be a court martial and further reprimands, we are Borg and will seek perfect with any career or objective, we will do no harm to life unless as in defense but to subdue and never to kill or assimilate.
The Break Even responded to a distress call and it was not what it appeared to be, as the captain did standard protocol procedures the Klingons where being deceptive and claimed they had a problem and needed help. They came aboard and took the captain. Per Starfleet regulations we have now assumed command of the ship. The Klingons sent a communication via visual and we watched as the captain was killed not giving the codes to the ship. The captain’s last words were “You know what to do”!
We fired a volley of photon torpedoes and phasers at the ship and was successful in destroying the Klingon ship once my knowledge of Borg technology upgrading our torpedoes to detect warp signatures. After this we went back to Starfleet and was set up with our next mission

We were told by other Admiral’s not to get used to ships as Admirals are transferred more often to newer ships with better handle for the Iconian war
We are now en route to Species 29 home world Iconia, as we are still fighting them and trying to come to a peaceful solution to the war.
The war still goes on and we are losing ships, Admiral’s and fleets commanders and there is not an end in sight. We do not see how this makes sense as we are Borg and are resistant to this type of war. However, given humans abil*********************** adversities is something I hope to achieve in my existence.

Starship Naming History Project- First Contact Day.
In an effort to keep Starfleet and the next generation of cadets update on ship protocols and operations I have been asked by Starfleet to provide information on why my ship(s) are named the way they are. This is also to commemorate First Contact Day and the week festivities at Starfleet Academy we missed since we were dealing with a more serious issue and couldn’t get back to Earth for the presentation.
U.S.S Aldebaran N.C.C 93128 A-G: named after the giant red dwarf star of the constellation Taurus, it is one of the more brighter star in the constellation as it serves as the “head” of the Bull. Also known as the “The Follower” or “Eye of Taurus”, it is 65 light years away from Earth and it appears to follow the Hyades star cluster.
The K giant star is slightly larger than our sun, at 1.7 solar masses, and strong winds emanating from it are bleeding away its mass. Aldebaran is older and redder than the sun and has fuse its lightweight core into heavier elements, which is common among stars of its type. Aldebaran has a surface temperature of about 6,760 F (3,738 C) and glows red, similar to Mars — which occasionally passes by the star in the night sky.
The star was noted and named in Chinese, Roman and Hindu astronomy, among other cultures. Aldebaran would have been hard to miss for the ancients, given that Taurus is very visible in the winter. The bull, in fact, is one of the oldest documented constellations. Its origins stretch back at least as far as the Bronze Age. The star is often covered (or occulted) by the moon, since it lies close to the path of the ecliptic (path of the sun, moon and planets in the sky.) Because of occultation, it is relatively easy to get a rough idea of the star’s size by estimating the time it is covered, as well as observing it in different locations. Calculations show it’s about 44 times the size of the sun.
While Aldebaran appears to be part of the Hyades cluster when viewed from Earth, modern measurements show that it is actually in a different region of space altogether. Early astronomers occasionally use bright stars as guideposts to increase their understanding of other objects. One example took place during the Cassini mission in 2006, when the spacecraft took a series of images of Aldebaran behind Saturn’s rings.
“This type of observation is known as a stellar occultation and uses a star whose brightness is well known,” NASA stated at the time. “As Cassini watches the rings pass in front, the star’s light fluctuates, providing information about the concentrations of ring particles within the various radial features in the rings.”
Another past project used Aldebaran to map the moon. “Accurately timed home video camera recordings from different locations can be used to make improved maps of the height of the lunar terrain at these occultation points,” stated NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day website in 1997.
U.S.S Hyades N.C.C 93129: named after the star cluster in the Taurus constellation and the nearest open cluster of stars to the solar system. Also cataloged as Collinder 50 or Melotte 25, the cluster has an apparent magnitude of 0.5 and lies at a distance of 153 light years, or 47 parsecs, from Earth.
The brightest stars in the Hyades cluster form a V shape that marks the head of the celestial bull. The cluster lies along the same line of sight as Aldebaran, the brightest star in Taurus, but the bright giant is not a member of the cluster and lies much closer to Earth.
The Hyades are among the best studied clusters in the sky due to their brightness and proximity. The cluster contains hundreds of stars, a group slightly spherical in shape, that share a common origin, age, chemical composition, and motion through space.
The cluster is believed to be about 625 million years old. The dense core region has a diameter of 17.6 light years (2.7 parsecs) and the cluster itself has a tidal radius of 65 light years (10 parsecs). About a third of the stars in the Hyades cluster lie outside this area and are found in the cluster’s halo. These stars are confirmed members of the cluster, but are believed to be escaping from its tidal influence.
The Hyades are receding from us at 43 km/s. The cluster has a similar proper motion, age and metallicity as other groups of stars in the Sun’s neighbourhood. The Beehive Cluster, also known as Praesepe or Messier 44, is one of these stellar groups. The Hyades cluster was catalogued by the Italian astronomer Giovanni Batista Hodierna in 1654 and by the British astronomer Philibert Jacques Melotte in 1915. However, the cluster has been known to different cultures since antiquity. Unlike Praesepe and the Pleiades, which are more distant, the Hyades cluster was not included in Charles Messier’s 1781 catalogue of deep sky objects.
In Greek mythology, the Hyades were the five daughters of Atlas, the Titan who held up the celestial spheres, and Aethra, one of the Oceanids. They were half-sisters to the Hesperides and the Pleiades. The name Hyades means “the rainy ones.”
In the myth, the five nymphs were transformed into a star cluster after the death of their brother, Hyas, who was killed in a hunting accident. The sisters are said to be forever crying for Hyas. The cluster was later associated with rain. In England, it was known as the April Rainers. The Greeks believed that the cluster’s heliacal rising and setting marked the rainy seasons.
The number of sisters varies from three to 15, depending on the source, and their names are also variable and include Aesyle, Ambrosia, Cleeia, Coronis, Eudora, Pedile, Phaeote, Phyto and Polyxo.
The Hyades appear in many classical works, including those of Ovid, Pliny, Horace, Hyginus, Hesiod and Homer. In the Iliad, the cluster is represented on Achilles’ shield, along with the nearby Pleiades cluster and the constellations Orion and Ursa Major.

Trials of Humanity- high level priority- Lvl. 10 Clearance needed or above.
While doing a routine sweep of the new Neutral Zone, we were asked by Starfleet Command and Section 31 to aide Seven of Nine from the Fenris Rangers in fixing a satellite that is vital to the sector. We agreed and set course for the Traelus System. Seeing how this month is the Anniversary of Admiral Picard’s brave fight at Coppelius 9 years ago and Seven is a close friend and commerade, we couldn’t say no.
Seems the past is always finding ways to keep the present on it’s toes. I was very fortunate my parents or any family was on Mars back on 2385. We, the crew and I; will never forget the loss of life, but what was uncovered about the Federation and Commander Data will be in history books for a long time. See archival history on Admiral Picard during 2379 to 2408.
We had to stop by Betazed for a brief visit with my family and then we headed to Deep Space 9 to resupply and transfer to a timeship called the U.S.S Hyades. At my strong disapproval, I was resist to the idea but once on board and updated on the ship systems and operations, she seems much easier to manage but has her own quirks. I was so used to the Aldebaran and her personality…kinda of refreshing. She is smaller than the Aldebaran but what she lacks in firepower and strength, she has speed and defense. Starfleet has made this “timeship” retrofit as the working model for further “time” related missions. Since we are the crew that handles time-related missions I can’t say no plus this will give Starfleet better information on how ships handle crossing through time barriers. She is the first of her kind and I am excited to test her out.
Once we finished our updates and got an all hands green, we were off to the Traelus System.
We warped into the system and met up with Seven. We did the usual plesantries as one does with working with close friends and commerades. Once she beamed aboard we started the repairs to the satellite. We were about 83% finished when Seven noticed a spike in Chroniton particles, which was normal for a repair of this kind. Seven noticed that the particle degredation wasn’t lowering and decided to do a massive shunt of the plasma and deflectors to help stop the rising levels. The levels kept rising faster than the shunt was dispersing the field so Seven tried a Antichroniton particle burst to the surround field, this didnt help and we felt a jolt like were where being pulled into something. Once we put the anomaly on screen we were already being pulled through the vortex that was being created in front of us.
Once the shudder of the vortex was over we regained our ship systems and found out we were 100 light years away near a M-Class planet called Excalbia.
Being candid, I will never understand why creatures or beings just can’t hail us first and ask us to aide them, why all the trouble of bringing us to them before we know what is up. I have read up on several mission from Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway…etc about said races just snatching vessels and people up because they don’t understand the idea of just asking.
With us orbiting Excalbia, we recieved a hail from non other than Abraham Lincoln, which was explained that during the 22nd Century a similar test of this nature was conducted with James T. Kirk and crew of the Enterprise and the Excalbians are now running a similar test as this was done many years ago. Lincoln was paticularly happy to see us as he was the same advocate who was on the side of good when Kirk went through the trials
We accessed Starfleet records of that test and it seems the test is to assess the concepts of good and evil. Seems Kirk and his crew went through trials which was from their past experiences and missions but altered to see what would have happened if it didn’t go the way that history shows.
Seven, Meneley, and I beamed down to the surface and talked with the Excalbians and speaking with Yarnek and Lincoln they confirmed we are doing the same test.
On a personal note…didn’t Admiral Picard go through this kind of thing with Q many years ago. History repeats it seems…
We were able to understand and accept the trial but didn’t have really a choice as the act of saying no is an admission of an evil verdict in Yarnek’s eyes’s… To help in our tests, the Excalbians granted us another participant and we met the famous Michael Burnham from the U.S.S Discovery. Since the mission with the Mycelian Network and Stamets, we read up on her and the Discovery before this all started. We even had a chance to run a battle simulation at Earth’s battlegrounds call the Battle of the Binary Stars a few months ago seeing how we have access to basically everything that is Starfleet. It was an honor to meet Burnham and get her perspective and assistance. She was impressed how far in time she had gone which was about 150 years in the future.
Since this planet has an unusual climate, we have limited tricorder data but managed to get some optimal tricorder and sensor data. We had to travel through these portals for the trials and seems once we are on the other side nothing can go back through until we have finished the test.
Our first test was the Attack on Brea III- “Cutting the Cord Mission” in which we helped Obisek of Remus confront the Romulan Tal Shiar regarding Iconian technology and found out an Iconian gate was still operational. We then helped stop the Iconians and Hakeev from attacking and taking control of the gate. In this “simulation” the Iconians and the Romulans are allies and are attacking Brea III for control of the Iconian gate but have came earlier than Obisek had planned.
Once we were able to move past the Romulan forces, we met up with Obisek and helped him find Hakeev. We were able to get to Hakeev and get him under arrest but only after we lost Obisek when we were advising him to not murder Hakeev out of revenge, Hakeev tried to take me out with a hidden disruptor but Obisek put himself in the line of fire and took the disruptor blast and saved my life. We were left with a choice to save Obisek or go after Hakeev, which we went after Hakeev.
Once the test completed we were sent back to Excalbia and Yarnek gave us his assesment of the trial and stated that since we went after Hakeev we saved billions from the Iconians, however since Obisek died Romulus and Remus never reunified and didn’t stall the upcoming invasion. Lincoln stated that since the act of choosing the many over the one, was the correct form of action given the situation presented as stopping the Iconians from invading would of saved galaxies. We then proceeded to the next trial.
Our next trial, we were back on the U.S.S Annorax during the Battle of Procyon V, where the Temporal Libertaion Front forces led by Noye, got their hands on the Tox Uthat and killed Picard and Vash on Risa instead of the Tox Uthat being captured and sent back in time by my crew and I during the confrontation. Seven gave us vital information regarding this event since this was something she remembered when she was part of the Collective regarding the Tox Uthat’s whearabouts.
We ended up chasing and defeating Noye after we found data that he was using Krog of the Na’Kul, Admiral Leta of the mirror universe and Ajur and Boratus to help find the Tox Uthat to destroy the Alliance. In our timeline, we found the Tox Uthat and stopped Ajur and Boratus from finding it first and then hid it on Risa before the events of Picard and Vash finding it on Risa. We did run into Ajur and Boratus but we were able to quickly take care of them once Admiral Leta was arrested in the adjacent corridor.
We pursued Noye and incapacitated him but before we could arrest him his wife entered the room and proceeded to kill him. Once he was confirmed dead, his wife transformed into the Founder a race of changelings that had a hand in causing situations like the Hurq Invasion and further back in history The Dominion War.
The Founder was adamant the only way to correct this was to destroy Noye and that would put an end to the Temporal War. We all agreed it wasn’t the correct route to solve this issue and Burhman suggested using the Annorax to change the course of Noye’s death. We chose to destroy the ship so that it could never fall into hands of renegade, vengeful individuals ever again. We then went back to Yarnek for assement.
Yarnek’s assesment was that destroying the ship instead of going back and saving Noye would have allowed the Temporal War to continue which then caused the Krenim to become the dominate power in the Universe. Lincoln was quick to point out that it was a nessecary risk as the Annorax would have caused massive extinction of species throughout all timelines, which outweighed the need to keep one person or knowledge alive.
Stepping back in the portal we were tranported to the Project Daedalus site that was used for Section 31 testing on Essof IV. Burhnam was all too familiar with this as she was instrumental in sending the Red Angel with the Sphere Data 900 years into the future. She informed us that this wasn’t what she remember and per computer logs Control found Discovery and destroyed the ship but not until they sent the Sphere Data to the site. Seems like the twist was that the Red Angel didn’t get the data before they were sent into the future.
Working with Burnham, we aligned the fields and primed the system to use Burnham as bait to call the Red Angel to this time as it happened before. Working with Seven and Meneley we were able to finish the containment field and tractor beams to capture the Red Angel. We had to create a pocket of time in the containment field otherwise we would lose the Red Angel as they would be sucked into their timeline. As we were going to release the stasis field the Red Angel appeared. We worked quickly and captured the Red Angel but it wasn’t Burnham’s mother, instead it was Burnham herself but from 900 years in the future.
Burhman was a little shaken to see herself from the future and knowing full well about temporal mechanics wanted to make sure she stayed alive. Once we were aware of what needed to be done to correct this situation, we started to transfer the Sphere Data into the Red Angel suit as this would save billions of lives and not let Control take it. We all worked together to get the data to the Red Angel.
Once the data was sent we started final preparations for the Red Angel’s departure. We were starting up the platform when the crew of the Discovery approched us and told us to stop doing the startup sequence. We all realized it was Control after the Sphere Data and started our assault on Control, keeping the Red Angel safe until she could leave.
We were able to lead Control to the platform and magnetize the floor as this would cause Control’s nanites to lose integrity and explode. We kept attracting the creature to the platform and priming the system to shoot out a burt of magnetic radiation. We did that a few times and weakend Control but we were not expecting it to latch onto the Red Angel and forcing her out of the statis field. This would ultimately kill the Red Angel and cause Control and the dead Red Angel in the suit to go into the future.
As one last attempt, Seven advised us that we could use her borg nanites to destroy the Sphere Data but it would mean preventing the Red Angel from going to the future and thus stopping Control from aquiring the information. We agreed to destroy the data as it was more important than keeping it from going into the future where it could be found in the future.
Seven ran up to the Red Angel and injected her nanites which destroyed the data and as we gave one last magnecic burst, Control and the Red Angel fell into a massive pool on the floor as Seven was knocked back by the blast radius a few feet away.
We were very happy to see that Seven was doing fine but the Red Angel was dead. Before we could morn the loss of future Burnham, we had a new problem since Control absorbed the Red Angel suit, it was regenerating into something….
…to our horror it was Borg drone 7 of 9……now with Control merged with Borg technology.
Before we could fire our weapons 7 of 9 tranported out and we then comforted Burnham and Seven when the trial ended and we went back through the portal for our assesment.
Since destroying the data, Yarnek stated we created a new problem with the now Borg/Control hybrid 7 of 9 running around the galaxy but Lincoln stated in rebuttal that we saved trillions of lives destroying vital information that could lead to the loss of galaxies had Control gotten the information. More importantly Burnham has seen her acutal death first hand and we can only hope she takes it well. But per Picard’s many optimistic quotes is “the future isn’t set in stone” and we hope Burnham takes comfort in that.
Our final test was something that was very very hard to deal with as it was a time when the Aldebaran lost many crew members and as well friends, commrades, and family.
On a personal note, I lost a few close friends I grew up and served along side and I am very fortunate my husband doesn’t see that part of my mind. Was a very traumatic time for the crew and I. We barely made it back to spacedock when we were assaulted by the first Iconian wave that hit the outer border of the system ………we had one warp nacelle out of 3 and hide in a Metaphasic Nebula until we could repair the last nacelle to make it back to Earth for a emergency repair and upgrade……it was horrible. Lost a third of my crew getting back to Spacedock, as well if I remember correctly we were finishing up at the Planetita Shipyards and enroute to Earth when we witnessed the destruction of Earth Spacedock and the capture of Earth to the Iconians before we found a way to go back in time and stop the Invasion. We had a chance to stop the war from happening….. and we did….why does the crew and I have to go through it all again…. damn the Excalbians! Most of the crew will remember this day but thankfully others and my husband on board will not relive this day!
We beamed into a familiar chamber….it was an Iconian storage area right outside the Iconian Temple. We came back at the exact moment the Iconian’s fell to the Dinasians and Iccobar where we helped the Iconians escape before they were planet was destroyed. Before we were able to escape with all of the leaders but in this timeline M’Tara has fallen and Ancient T’Ket and L’Miren where fighting ground troops. We helped fight off all of the remaining troops and help keep the World Heart from falling into the hands of any threat as it would be sent to the Federation for study and as well protection since Iconia was destroyed and the Heart could be used to destroy worlds. We were about ready to beam out when a portal opened up and our timeline T’Ket appeared demanding the World Heart be hers as she wants to destroy all life and rebuild Iconian to greatness.

We don’t understand how this could have happened as once we fought off and stopped the war, our timeline T’Ket was arrested and made to pay for her crimes. We fought T’Ket valiently with the help of Ancient T’Ket and M’Ren and was about to arrest “Demon” T’Ket and leave when another portal opened up and out came Borg Hakeev, apparently he was assimilated by the current Borg Queen when we saved him in the first trial.
Hakeev tempted T’Ket with power, revenge and immortality. We all knew what was about to happen and we attempted to stop the situation but we were knocked back from a proximity blast from Hakeev.
To our horror, Demon T’Ket took this syring of borg technology from Hakeev and injected herself with the vial and became an assimulated Iconian….shit!
Without any warning, T’Ket willed the World Heart from Ancient T’Ket and proceeded to leave with Hakeev through the portal that he came through. We had no choice but to follow and use the Iconian gateway to stop them from taking over the Universe.
We got information from Lincoln, Yarnek is using this new development as a test and we are to fight the new Control/Borg 7 of 9 and stop the unfolding timeline.
We came out of the gate portal on the unimatrix zero entrance to the Borg Queen’s chamber. Once we fought off the many borg drones we found T’Ket and Hakeev. We subdued them until they shifted out and we got the World Heart back. Once Seven accessed the Queen’s inner chamber we were met with 7 of 9 and tried to stop her from entering the Queen’s Alcove but only managed to weaken her beore he accessed the chamber.
Then we followed 7 of 9 closer inside the Queen’s Chamber and noticed something on the floor….
It was the old of this timeline Borg Queen destroyed and ripped from her body with her cordical node in pieces. We could only hope this was in our favor but we were very wrong as we soon realized and saw that 7 of 9 had become the new Borg Queen. We looked at our Seven and she was very much ready to get this over with so she could have a few drinks. Was looking forward to that as Aldebaran Whisky would hit the spot.
We fought the Borg Queen using tactics learned from Seven and remodulated our weapons to combat the Borg’s adaptation ability. We set up several crossfires and as the Borg Queen let out one last wail she began to ascend up to her alcove in retreat we started the assault on her alcove.
Deploying antichronitons using Seven’s nanties we were able to prevent the Queen from shifting away since she had absorbed information from Iconia. She was forced to transport out from her chamber to her ship. We beamed out and expected to be on our ships but instead we were met with Yarnek and his assesment.
While he stated the series of events have cause for the Excalbian’s to question the philosophies and virtues of good as good seemed weak and less formatible than evil, we started getting borg drones from the previous portal we came from. To the shock of Yarnek the Borg drones started attacking Excalbia and the planet defenses. Yarnek wasn’t prepared to deal with this assault as the portals would not intefer with the current timeline. Seems he was mistaken!
Yarnek asked us for help and we stated that we help all people in need and started our final attack defending Yarnek and his colony. We defeated the Borg, then Iconian’s came through, then Romulans and then the Na’kul. We fought them all off and thanks to Lincoln we had extra help in keeping the enemies back.
Finally the Dinasian’s and Iccobar came through their portal and attempted to kill Yarnek and we stopped the threat on his life. Once Yarnek realized the trials were out of control and that the new Borg Queen was going to assimilate Excalbia, he requested us to return to our ship and fight off the impending attack. We all agreed and went back to our ship for the coming attack. Burhnam stayed behind to keep the portals from re-opening.
We got back on board the Hyades and powered up all weapons and set deflectors to hot! The Borg Octahedron was closing in and we started our attack on the Probes and Spheres surrounding the Queen’s ship.
With our transphasic/quantum remodulated torpedoes and ablative shields we held our own against the Spheres and Probes but the Queen’s ship was hard to penetrate because of her rotating, regenerative shields adapting to our phasers and offensive tactics. Our First Officer came up with an idea to adapt anti-chroniton/transphasic warheads with a warp plasma viral matrix to our torpedoes which would cause the Queen’s ship to become defenseless as it would cause the Borg to become disconnected from the Queen making it hard to control her ship.
We outfited the warhead on our torpedoes used for our cascading electrical attack as it would hit one target and then affect 2 others within the same area and was about to initiate the attack when we read massive warp and Borg energy signatures surrounding the Borg Queen’s location.
It was her Fleet of Evil…..additionally this is where Borg Hakeev and Demon T’Ket fled to.
As we looked around at each other on the bridge I remember how proud I was that I had served Starfleet and the Alliance proudfully well and I stated to the crew firmly that we would never forget what we are out here doing…seeking new life, preserving life and truly going where no one has gone before. To that end we went full RED ALERT and started our final and last attack run….
….when our sensors lit up blue with Federation warp signatures….what the hell!
Based on the heavy chroniton field around us, one by one a Federation warp signature was detected near us per sensors. We were hailed and confirmed that seven Starship Enterpises’ registering from every historical Era (from Archer to Picard) led by Captain Va’Kel Shon, The Defiant, U.S.S. Voyager, and the U.S.S. Discovery were here to help.
Suddenly we were the strongest Alliance time and the Universe had ever seen. Was a moment we the crew of the Aldebaran/Hyades will never forget. This event is now known as The Temporal Awakening as it created the formation of the Federation Temporal Alliance Fleet. Commendations to Captain Janeway and Benjamin Sisko for all the data regarding ways to defeating the defenses of the Borg armada!
We engaged, fought and destroyed every assimilated vessel and what a glorious battle we had. We all were very evenly matched but given the cooperation of all the ships and tactics we were able to defend Excalbia with minimal casualties.
Once the battle was over we beamed down to the surface and talked with Seven, Burnham, Lincoln, and Yarnek. Burnham asked the Excalbians to turn her human as she was a mere copy of the original Red Angel who is now dead. Once fully human, we accepted her request to be dropped off at Earth Spacedock for her next mission and reinstatement of her comission. Something tells me we won’t be seeing the last of her. Lincoln is now the Federation Ambassador and liason to Excalbia while Yarnek will be following the philosophies and virtues of good, given the outcome of our battle.
We said goodbye and beamed up to our ship, with a jolt we were back on course for the Traelus System to finish repairing the sattelite Seven needed help with.
Once back to Earth we were debriefed by Starfleet command and awarded top commendations with honors and the entire Aldebaran crew was awarded the Starfleet Medal of Valor and Honor. While at the ceremony Daniels appeared and awarded the crew with the Galactic Medal of Preservation and The Crest of Galactic Unity. After the celebration we all said our goodbyes and parted for our respected duties, homes and ships.
As a thank you, Starfleet has given me full access to use the Hyades at anytime. I have given command of the starship to Seven for her performance and oustanding abilities in a crisis. Some of the crew have enjoyed the new ship and as well want to work under Seven of Nine. With some re-asignments and pulling strings with my fellow Admiral’s, we have made the Hyades more or less a sister ship to the Aldebaran. Both ships are under my command with Seven Captain of the Hyades and free to do what she wants as long as any temporal issues are handled first. All are in agreeance.
We learned many lessons from this harrowing ordeal which shown clearly of what not to do in times of crisis but I have the strongest faith in the ideals Starfleet and the Federation have set forth and that we are a group of indiviauls able to be resilient and able to handle anything that comes at us if we remember to work together. Once our own fears and personal feelings are dealt with can only then rise up againt evil/conflict and foster love and peace for all races, galaxies and the Universe. To the future and beyond….
Ending Admiral’s Log
It has been a few months since we have been able to get any communications to Starfleet, what was supposed to be a routine mission turned out to be a very major delay. We were stuck in a temporal causality loop, no doubt caused by the very same things I am about to discuss in my entry. I want to commend my husband Clinton as he was able to detect the shift and get us out of it.
When we reset our clock it had been over 3 months that we were in it. I seem to recall reading something about it in Starfleet Academy. Seems there is no real way to find these or detect these anomalies. We have since been updated and are on to our next assignment.
We recieved a distress call from Captain Kummaarke of the L.S.S Reskava, apparently they have been doing some research on Andoris and have come under attack. The attackers seem to be following a klingon name J’Ula of House Mo’Kai. Seems there is a superweapon that is being used by their flagship and has destroyed Lukari ships.
When we warped into Andoris the crew and I were happy that we hadn’t lost Captain Kummaarke as she has been a well trusted friend and fellow explorer since the “Hurq” Incident. The crew and I have many fond memories of our first mission with Captain Kummaarke. We went straight to work and helped clear the area of Klingon ships but not before we saw this super-weapon in use.
Somehow it has tore open a rift which is called the Mycelian Network a place where all time and dimensions are connected by fungus. Since we have no clue what this is we have asked help from Starfleet Command. They have more than graciously given us access to highly classified data on this network.
We have programmed our holodeck to give us access to this restricted material. Seems there is a holo-matrix program of this scientist from the 23rd Century named Stamats. After running a few spore drive tests we have been able to determine that the super-weapon that was used left probes inside the Mycelial Network and if not removed will cause devastation for the entire universe.
We were able to beam into the network and what a beautiful sight!
We were collecting spore samples when we were greeted by an entity who had taken the form of Patal whom informed us of the issues of the Elachi and the yeel trees.
While doing some initial scans of the area and scanning some tardigrades and fungi we began to seen different forms of tech and as well the strange yeel trees that where causing some of the problems within the network and causing infection to the Mycelian spores.
We scanned the equipment and found it to be Elachi based and found that the Elachi where from this realm and left to explore and are using the spores as food and now because J’Ula has been messing with the technology it has caused the Elachi to go mad.
We worked quickly and removed the infecting probes and dispatched the rest of the Elachi. Once we were able to revive the memories of Stamets, he was able to get us out of the Mycelian Network and back into our normal space. We managed to subdue the Elachi but they stopped fighting us after we fixed the issue with the Network.
There was no sign of J’Ula or the rest of her fleet but we know this wont be the last of them. We are hoping that 23rd Century against 25th Century will not be as hard as it was dealing with the Hurq, or the Iconian’s for that matter. I need to get a look at THAT super-weapon!

Captain Tilly- Terran Empire
Captain Tilly commands the I.S.S. Discovery in 2256, serving under the Terran Empire. When the U.S.S. Discovery was displaced into the mirror universe, her Discovery was thrown into the 25th century of the Prime universe where she remains at large.

In 2256 the I.S.S. Discovery was ordered to Pahvo, which was considered a de facto death sentence due to the deadly nature of the planet in the mirror universe. Before she could be attacked by Pahvo, she came under attack from a large Klingon fleet. During the battle, the U.S.S. Discovery in the prime universe initiated a spore jump that switched places with the I.S.S. Discovery. The USS Discovery ended up in the mirror universe at the location of Starbase 46 and the ISS Discovery ended up in the prime universe at Pahvo in 2410.
The jump to 2410 brought along the Klingon fleet which also opened fire on a nearby Alliance ship. Killy enlisted the ships aid by claiming asylum and use them to fight off the Klingon attackers as well as her own mutineers who objected to seeing aid from the Alliance. During the ensuing battle with Klingon forces, Killy beamed down to Pahvo and managed to manipulate it with agonizer technology into aiding her. Having turned the planet into a weapon under her control. she destroyed the Klingon attackers and damaged the Alliance ship, giving them a warning to stay away and stating her intent to use Pahvo to create a new empire under her control.
The Alliance returned to the planet and managed to disable the agonizer technology. However, Killy managed to escape using the crystal antenna as a long range transporter. Her crew, having been abandoned by her, agree to return to the 23rd century where they are eventually destroyed by Klingon forces; the remnants of Killy’s Discovery being read by Starfleet as wreckage of the USS Discovery.

I am alive! Somehow! I am alive!
I survived the destruction of my ship!!! My heart! My head!
I am transmitting from the I.S.S Aldebaran-G and we the remaining crew are getting help and assistance from the ship and crew, I am so amazed that I am alive and on this ship!
in a few days the ship will be in range of Charon and we can get the crew and families safely off Charon. The escape pods are not long term habitats.
We have everyone on board and we are making plans to integrate the ship and crew as we are now taking command of the I.S.S Aldebaran.
Further research of the logs mention that when the captain of the I.S.S was on board there was an unexplained explosion from the warp core which caused the ship’s saucer to initiate separation procedures. This happened mid warp which caused the ship to hurl towards Charon. Once the ship crashed it was salvageable but unable to fly as it hit a few cliffs destroying the third warp nacelle!
Most of the crew were dead and there were only 2 bridge officers left running the ship on the ground. So I sit here an Admiral on board the I..U.S.S Aldebaran N.C.C-93128-G acclimating to this new ship and newly formed crew, very surprising we haven’t had any doubles among us. Per log’s retrieved only 2605 on board survived the crash! We have 5100 total aboard.
Personally I feel it is the Universal Balance!
We are 6 months in and have since repaired warp and found a way to merge our data with this ships…..

Once we are at full capacity we will head to the edge of the Sol System to attempted to get back to our timeline.
Our crew has done an exemplary job and in 9 months we have made all necessary repairs and are making her fly again. Nice to hear the hum of the ship. The link to the ship will take time, the new interface is a little more advanced than I am used too. Constant headaches….but it is like shoes….wearing her in. This ship is still very beautiful. I have had a chance to see some of the familiar sites and some new additions…one in particular I am interested about is our levitating hyper sleeping areas.
We have passed all U.S.S starship protocol and have finished our warp tour! She is green to go!

We are back at the edge of the Sol System and are activation our warp slipstream drive to get us back to our time. We have flooded the area with tachyon/chroniton particles to help push us through subspace! If all works we will be home in no time.
……..It is with heavy hear it didn’t work. We ripped the hole through subspace, but he hole wasn’t big enough…we lost our deflector array.
We have had a pleasant turn of events, our friend Daniels has arrived and is making the preparations to send us back to our our time before we tried to jump.
Daniel’s stated he got an incursion and it traced it back to here and then stopped. Whatever happened on the ship before we took over had balanced the time-stream completely causing the collapse of stars in many quadrants….Earth is gone, Vulcan, Bajoran, Risa are all gone! Betazed is a desert wasteland and there is nothing but blown up space debris from the collapse of the Sol star!
In the blink of an eye everything was as it was before….just like that!
Our scans indicate we are in our own timeline and we are getting communications from Starfleet. We are to report home at once.

We have been able to finally get through the spacial anomaly and are on the other side of the event horizon. The Aldebaran has sustained some damage, minor hull fractures and a empty warp core. We have only impulse power and are making repairs to the ship.

While regrouping and researching Hur’q technology Odo discovered a secret Ancient Dominion Station in the Masan System which had research about the Hur’q. We assisted Odo to the Masan System where they are confronted by another Female Changeling. Her forces opened fire but they retreat when Garak’s fleet and the U.S.S. Defiant de-cloak.
While we were on the station, Odo managed to access some files on the station, recorded by the Female Changeling, going back to the foundation of the Dominion over 2000 years ago. The logs detailed the story of the creation of the Vorta and Jem’Hadar, and their first encounter with the Hur’q.
At that time, the Hur’q were peaceful and intelligent and the Founders were looking to subjugate them using something in their food chain. Due to the planet’s unusual orbit, the Hur’q went into hibernation for a thousand years. When they awoke, the Founder recorded, they were ruthlessly violent and took to the stars on a consumption rampage. The advantage of this is that they could be used to encourage other worlds to join the Dominion, in order to be protected by the Jem’Hadar.
Finally, we also learn that the Founders had created the Fek’Ihri. The Founders had been impressed by the Klingons and wished to re-engineer them into a possible replacement for the Jem’Hadar. However the addiction to Ketracel White was broken and they allied themselves to Molor.
Kira then detected unusual activity on the lower levels
and investigating we found stasis chambers full of Fek’Ihri.
After fighting off several waves of them, Garak informed us that unusual ships are launching from the station and the Hur’q have arrived. We managed to get back to the surface but not before dealing with some Hur’q. However, during the fight we were running past some large stprage containers of Ketrecal White. Not even thinking I blasted one of the containers and it spilt all over one of the Hur’q. To our amazement the Hur’q started to act normal and Odo believed it is trying to communicate, however attempts to understand it are cut short by the arrival of Weyoun, who vaporized it.
The fight was brutal but we fought off the Fek’Ihri and Hur’q ships and warped back to DS9.

Stardate 96135.97: Nog asked us to take part in a Ferengi-led heist to steal back the Sword of Kahless. We are meet by “Quark’s Seven”: Leeta, Rom, Nog, Leck, Brunt & Quark and discussed in length about the mission.
Several days earlier apparently Rom and Leeta tried to convince Quark that they need to bring the Klingons into the war with the Hur’q. To do that, they wanted to steal back the Sword of Kahless from T’Ket. Quark pointed out they didn’t even know where the Iconians were, so Rom wanted to steal the data from DS9’s security office. To do this, Leeta distracted a guard in Quark’s with a free drink and Dabo game while Rom broke into the security office and found the location of the Iconians and procured the sword.

Once back we identified the Sword and Bashir found out that not only was the sword made out of a four thousand year old Hur’q carapace but managed, by cross referencing the radiation types on the sword to find star charts, to a probable Hur’q homeworld: Havas-Kul.
Stardate 96193.43: We arrived at Havas-Kul and found the planet abandoned but with significant subterranean development and technology. The atmosphere in the tunnels wasn’t breathable so we had to don EV Suits before beaming down. Shortly after we were attacked by Hur’q and we fell through a open fissure from all of the weight and phaser fire.
We managed to get through the tunnels and caverns and find Bashir, Garak, and most of the crewmen from the Defiant. With the help of Bashir he deduced that the fungus the Hur’q depended upon, which the Dominion removed, was a precursor of Ketracel White. No sooner had we found this out the Female Changeling beamed down with Weyoun, Loriss, Dukan’Rex, and some guards. After admitting that her attempt to enslave the Hur’q made them go wildly out of control, Odo reveals himself (hidden amongst Garak’s equipment) and challenged her. The Female Changeling ordered everyone, including Odo, executed. Garak counters with his own Hur’q Signalling Device; calling the Hur’q not to Havas-Kul, but Empersa which is the Dominion homeworld.
The Hur’q then arrive and attacked the Female Changeling, killing her as we managed to escape and beam back to the ship.
We managed to get to Empersa without incident and fought through the waves of Hur’q enroute and warping into the system. It was a long and almost helpless battle but the Klingons came to our aide and assisted the final puch of the Hur’q. While on the planet we were tasked with finding the cure to the Hur’q madness and thanks to Bashir and Loriss we formulated the cure and started programming it into the Hur’q database.
As the program was coming online, Weylon destroyed the cure, claiming his right for killing his leader. All was lost and we couldn’t replicate it. Meanwhile we were still fighting on Empersa at the Great Link. The Hur’q just kept coming and we all thought it was over…..
….then it all stopped. It was silent and all we could hear was the slosh of the The Link behind us. Then the Hur’q appeared and communicated that they had been cured and they appreciated the assistance in curing their madness.
Further information provided by Bashir indicated Dukan’Rex had sacrificed himself for the cure to the madness of the Hur’q. Per Bashir ” he just jumped in, I couldn’t stop him”.
Now we heal, we move forward. The war with The Hur’q are over and we are moving toward more peace than ever. DS9 has been an epicenter of summits and talks. I even had a chance to say goodbye to all of the officers before heading back to Earth for repairs and debriefing.
